If you have ordered via fax or e-mail you will receive automatic order acknowledgement as soon as it has been placed on our system. We despatch stock held orders on a next day service and also have a Saturday delivery option if required. In circumstances where items are being manufactured to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer we will ensure you are advised a lead time at point of order processing.
During the working week, all orders will be activated on our system within 24 hours. We will honour all ONLINE pricing, including special tiered discounts, pick and mix facility, and online specials. Please ensure this is noted on the purchase order, including any personalised laser engraving options on stethoscopes, diagnostics and doctors bags.

Use of Medisave's New Customer Analytics Panel - Ideal For Multi-Site Organisations, CCGs or NHS establishments.
We have now introduced a 'Spending History Overview' for registered customers. This means you can now see a breakdown of your orders through Medisave Analytics. This includes how much you've spent in certain categories and what you've spent your money on - this will include your entire Medisave order history ranging back through the years.
Locate the panel by going to "My Account" and pressing the "Spend History" tab on the left hand side of the page.
